Lisa Renee Davis, a model from Memphis Tennessee, went missing from her home in circumstances deemed "suspicious."

Late Tuesday a local suicide was tied to Lisa Renee's disappearance. A man killed himself as the police showed up to his parents' house.

Bartlett police were working on a tip when they went to the home. They were met by the man's mother and when she went to get him, they heard a gunshot.

A note left by a man who killed himself Tuesday afternoon led police to the body of a 29-year-old model that had been missing for several days.

Lisa Renee Davis' body was found on Salem Road near Highway 385, according to Bartlett police.

Investigators said that 21-year-old Austin Agee left a note regarding the whereabouts of Davis' body before he fatally shot himself with a rifle Tuesday afternoon at his parent's Arlington home.

Bartlett police were working on a tip when they went to the home. They were met by Agee's mother and when she went to get him, they heard a gunshot.

It's unclear what connection he has to the missing young model at this time. According to his Facebook page, Agee was a student at Middle Tennessee State University.

Davis' co-workers at Bumpus Harley Davidson contacted police Sunday when she did not show up to work. Police arrived at her home on Bartlett's Luxury Cove around 12:30pm. They found blood around the front door, but did not find signs of forced entry. Her keys and purse were found inside.

She and her former fiance, a Shelby County Sheriff's Deputy, had lived in the home together. However, police said that he had moved out of the home several weeks prior to her disappearance.

Bartlett K9 units searched the area Sunday evening but found no evidence of Davis. Investigators removed several items from the home during a search Monday.

Lisa Renee Davis' co-workers at a local Harley Davidson contacted police Sunday when she did not show up to work. Police arrived at Lisa's home around 3pm and found signs of forced entry and blood around the front door. Lisa's keys and purse were found inside. Lisa shared the home with her former fiance, a Shelby County Sheriff's Deputy. As of now, her ex-fiance is not being considered a person of interest.

Despite only being 5'2, Davis has appeared in calendars and magazines as a model.
