Indiana pilot jumps out of airplane

Marcus Schrenker jumped out of a single-engine Piper Malibu Sunday night before it crashed into a swampy area of Santa Rosa County in north Florida. It is unclear why Marcus Schrenker left the plane, which started it’s flight in Anderson, Indiana. According to the Sheriff’s department, Marcus Schrenker’s plane went down 50-75 yards from houses according to Sheriff deputies.

According to the story, As Marcus Schrenker flew over Alabama, he reported turbulence and later said the windshield had blown into the aircraft and he was bleeding profusely, according to the sheriff’s department. But deputies did not find blood at the crash site and the aircraft’s door was ajar.”

Beside that,according to the report that the pilot also faces lawsuits filed in Indiana and Maryland, a pending divorce from his wife and is being investigated for securities fraud by the Indiana Secretary of State Office.

BC 13 HD News background research on the Indiana pilot reveals that Marcus Schrenker is a 38- year-old financial planner. Schrenker operates an Indianapolis located private wealth management investment group called Icon Wealth Management Inc. or “Icon Group”.Schrenker is also a previous owner of the now closed Heritage Wealth Management which is also a private company in Indianapolis.

Authorities have come to the conclusion that Marcus Schrenker abandoned the plane and had it on autopilot. Someone using his ID checked into a hotel, left before authorities arrived and paid in cash. He then ran into the woods.
